Sue writes, "With funding support from InternetNZ, 2020 Communications Trust has converted a beautiful old school bus into a hi-tech mobile learning centre in Christchurch, New Zealand. Dora was purchased from Central Motorways Ltd in Alexandra where she had operated as a school bus since 1985. The idea was to reinvent her as a mobile digital learning centre, to support our Stepping Up classes in Christchurch, as since the quakes, venues at schools have been limited, and transport often unreliable. With an independent mobile learning centre, we can take our digital learning to any venue."
