TEU University of Canterbury Branch Newsletters

The Tertiary Education Union Te Hautū Kahurangi o Aotearoa (TEU) is the union of academic and general staff employed within the New Zealand tertiary education system. One of the TEU's primary roles is expressing a collective view on industrial, educational and professional issues within the tertiary education sector, the education community and more broadly in the public arena. In 2011 the TEU had a national voluntary membership in excess of 11000 and represented more than 1100 employees at the University of Canterbury. Branch newsletters following the Canterbury earthquakes reflect the impact of the earthquakes on the University and its employees. Note that some material has been removed from the newsletters for copyright reasons.
