Women's Voices: Interviews

Records of oral history interviews with women in Christchurch and the Canterbury region about their lives before the Canterbury earthquakes, their experiences of the quakes and their impact on them, their families/whānau, neighbourhoods, communities, workplaces, and the organisations in which they were involved. All interview summaries have been checked and revised by the women interviewed and are available subject to the conditions indicated in the licences for each item. Audio recordings have received minimal editing and are available, with the permission of the participants, as MP3 files. The original WAV audio files of these interviews, and some interview summaries that are not available to the public, can be accessed by researchers on application to the Christchurch Branch of the National Council of Women of New Zealand at the following email address: rosemarydup@gmail.com.
