The Brewery

Material relating to a Transitional Cities project, titled 'The Brewery'. The project description reads, "A family-run brewery, bar, cafe and music venue. Ten of its 28 beer taps serve Cassels & Sons beer, brewed just a few metres behind the bar, in a wood-fired kettle".
