GEER Association Aerial Photographs

Aerial photographs of rural Canterbury, Christchurch city, Lyttelton and the Port Hills taken by Russell Green, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at VirginiaTech, for the Geotechnical Extreme Events Reconnaissance (GEER) Association. The GEER team were sponsored by the US National Science Foundation to document perishable data for engineering purposes after the 4 September Canterbury earthquake.
