After consideration of the written public comments the Minister finalised amendments to the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan, including to the Noise and Entertainment Provisions section contained within Appendix 1 to the Recovery Plan.
This "Noise and Entertainment Provisions" document took effect from 1 January 2015 as an addendum to the Recovery Plan, and contains changes to the Christchurch City Council's District Plan.

The Horizontal Infrastructure Governance Group (HIGG) report was prepared for the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration and the Christchurch City Council, as a part of the completion of the horizontal infrastructure programme.
The report identifies key learnings from the horizontal infrastructure governance arrangements for the three public entities - Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from March 2016), New Zealand Transport Agency and the Christchurch City Council.
